Box jumps (24/20)
Jumping pull ups
KBS (35)
Walking Lunges
Knees to elbows
Push press (45/35)
Back extensions (or sub good mornings with 45lb bar)
Wall ball (20/14)
Burpees
Double unders (3:1 sub for singles)
