Do you use dumbells or a barbell for lunges? Are you doing stationary lunges or walking lunges? Do you do 1 leg's repetitions first then the other or alternate? So many questions...
Zac, rounds are just that, do the procedding movements 5 times or (rounds). The lunges are 20 total steps, no weight. Ground to overhead in this case is either a clean and jerk or a snatch. You will most likely be doing a clean and jerk
Did not do strength but rather worked on snatch. Doing a competition on the 12th and need to be able to do them
