Shoulder Press (no dip allowed just shoulders and arms)

WOD
5 Rounds
20 Lunges
5 Ground to Overhead (155/115)
20 Sit ups

  3. Do you use dumbells or a barbell for lunges? Are you doing stationary lunges or walking lunges?
    Do you do 1 leg's repetitions first then the other or alternate? So many questions...

  5. Zac, rounds are just that, do the procedding movements 5 times or (rounds). The lunges are 20 total steps, no weight. Ground to overhead in this case is either a clean and jerk or a snatch. You will most likely be doing a clean and jerk
